An Arrest Is Not a Conviction

A later expungement can also change public access. Verify the final outcome with the Campbell District or Circuit Court file rather than inferring it from JailTracker or a police report.

Only the maintaining agency can confirm a current warrant, custody status, registry entry, court order, police narrative, or statewide history. Campbell court documents come from the Office of Circuit Court Clerk. CCDC controls its booking data. Police departments control their reports, AOC controls its CourtNet report product, and KSP controls fingerprint-supported and registry systems.
